Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at support@blankslatebox.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged (outside of the purview of factory seconds), or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you’re unsure about your item, please reach out.
Restocking Fee
All approved refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges on eligible items. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost to send the original item back. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll ship out your replacement item at no additional charge.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 10% restocking fee. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
