PROCESSING TIME
Pre-order purchases are charged at checkout to reserve your item. These orders will be fulfilled once our regular sales window begins.
Regular Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after receiving your order.
Orders placed during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) may experience slightly longer processing times.
SHIPPING METHODS & TIMES
We use Shopify’s integrated shipping services, including USPS and UPS, for all our deliveries.

Economy Shipping (Free): Delivery within 5–8 business days from the shipment date.

Express Shipping ($20 Flat Rate): Delivery within 1–2 business days from the shipment date.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays with the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we only ship to the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your Shopify account.
DELAYS & ISSUES
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. However, if your order is delayed, please contact us at support@blankslatebox.com so we can assist in resolving the issue.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@blankslatebox.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
